![]() ![]() If you wish to download recordings from another course, you must redo the search via the Moodle page (Online Classroom link) associated with that course. The search only shows you recordings associated with the Moodle course page that you are currently on. When the download is complete, close the recordings tab or search for other recordings you wish to retain. In the sub-menu is the option to Download. When the recording is located, there is an ellipsis (3 dots) at the end of the row that has a sub-menu of actions for this file. The list will be in chronological order, so you should be able to find the recording of interest fairly easily if you know its approximate date. A list of all course recordings will then be displayed. Click on the day, or it could be earlier to increase the chances of finding the recording. ![]() More specifically, to view the recordings in the range, use the arrow in the From menu to go back month by month until you get to the approximate date. Using the From/To drop down menus in upper left corner, select the start date for the course. The Range must be changed to suit the date of recording that is needed. So far there is still nothing to display. There is an option to change the filter from Recent to a “Range”. The list of recordings at first shows the most recent 30 days. Click on Recordings.ĭepending on when a session was last recorded, there may be nothing to see right away. The side menu shows the Sessions (current) and the Recordings as options. On this page click on the 3 dashes in the upper left corner to view the side menu. Do not “Join the Course Room” simply remain on the Sessions page.Ĭlicking on the Online Classroom link opens the familiar Sessions Page. Once the date for a special recording is known, go back to the Moodle page for the associated course, find the Online Classroom link, and click on it to get to the Sessions page. Such emails can help you determine the dates of the recordings you may wish to retain. One way to find the date of a guest lecture is to refer to the email sent to the guest with the link to join.
